Therapy for the LGBTQ Community

Our emotions are like the tides. Sometimes it can feel as if we’re not in control. Other times, the stillness of our emotional waters can be meditative and calming. Therapy helps us look at what impacts our emotions and how we can respond when things feel uncomfortable or overwhelming.

About

Your Anxiety can Sometimes Feel Overwhelming

Maybe your anxiety has been helpful in your professional life, but you're ready to move past it. As a mixed-race, Queer therapist, I support other LGBTQ folks, providing a safe space to simply be. I believe our varying identities impact the way the world interacts with us, and how our mental health symptoms present. I view my therapeutic role as balancing support and action to nudge you into new patterns that better support you. I help professionals lean into self-acceptance, compassion, and move past barriers to achieve your therapeutic goals and get your life to where you want it to be. I also help identify what strengths you already have and how we can build on those to create lasting change. If at times you are feeling stuck by your worry, contact me and set up a free 20 minute consultation. We can explore whether we might be a good match for one another.
